Adaptive Executive Guidance and Intelligence System: a JARVIS-style personal operating system. It runs my daily command center, second brain, decision support, and proactive insight, so my attention goes where it actually compounds.
Every new conversation, every new tool, every new day starts from zero unless the context is captured somewhere durable. Re-explaining who you are, what you're building, and how you like to work is a tax that compounds against you the more projects you run at once.
AEGIS organizes area-first at the root: career, finance, content, mind, personal, reference, archive. A status-organized project spine sits underneath that. Above the raw notes, an LLM-maintained wiki layer answers "what did I already figure out about this" so I stop re-deriving it from scratch.
Skills, automation scripts, and a Telegram-driven inbox route new information into the right place on their own. The whole system runs on one rule: it should already know the answer before I finish asking the question.
AEGIS runs my daily command loop for career, finances, content production, and active builds, including this website. The guides on this site, the wiki log, and the automation ladder all came out of the same system running against real work.
Obsidian vault · Claude Code + Skills · qmd (hybrid BM25/vector search) · Era Context MCP for live financial data · Telegram-driven automation · a published wiki site.
New skills and automations ship as real friction shows up. The next milestone is packaging the onboarding flow so someone with zero AI/Obsidian background can stand up their own version in a single guided session.
